This is a hearty savory dish that is served piping hot! For me it's perfect around the fall and winter times when I need a hot dish that is filling. The presentation is great, and I always find myself craving this when I pass by one of the locations.

The dumplings, both steamed and fried, are delicious and flavorful. The scallion noodles had a good simple taste from the sauce and the noodles had the perfect bite to them.
